3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are made in USDT cryptocurrency and are non-refundable once a subscription is activated. Balance top-ups are non-refundable.

4. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Servers is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
